So what's this going to cost?
Construction
Standard construction fee is $100.00 per page. Should you decide that you no longer need a page, that money isn't lost. Your unused page will go into retirement until you decide that you need it again. Some clients even buy a few extra pages in advance, just in case.
Monthly Maintenance
Content management and graphic design fees are $50.00 an hour. However, we don't charge hourly. Le Martian Studios agrees to a minimum requirement of monthly hours . What that means is... if you hire us for 5 hours a month, you get a minimum of five ours. Not a limit of five hours. If your needs don't require 5 hours in a certain month, I'll spend the remainder of your time improving aesthetics and reviewing possiblilities for improving the functionality of your site. This ensures that your site stays current with the latest trends and technologies. If your needs exceed 5 hours a month, you won't be left with extra charges or waiting until the next month begins, but a renegotiation of our annual contract will reflect those needs when the first year expires.
How many hours you need depends on you. If you submit your changes via email and Microsoft Word, your changes can be as simple as cutting and pasting your changes into the code with a few tweaks. 1-2 hours a month is typical for a small web site.
