Le Martian studios officially launched in March of this year. Since we are new, our frequently asked questions are pretty sparse. We'll be adding more as time progresses.

Q: What if I purchase the standard package for a five page website but want to add a sixth? Do I have to buy the next package up?
A: No. Additional pages can be added for the one-time price of $100 a page.

Q: How long will it take to make our website?
A: It depends on the level of content and our current workload. Very rarely does it take more than a week to be complete and online.

Q: What if we decide to cancel our arrangement with Le Martian Studios?
A: You will retain ownership of the site and services for which you have paid for. We will send you all of your files and data to do with as you wish.

Q: What is the best way to get content to you for inclusion on our site?
A: The most time-effective method is to put your content together in a MS Word document and email it to me. This way we can copy and paste your content while minimizing the risk of exceeding your allotted time of 4 hours per month.

Q: What if we need Le Martian studios to dedicate more than 4 hours in a month?
A: Additional hours are charged at $20.00 to $50.00 an hour, depending upon the nature of your web design. If your website has been low maintenance for previous months, we may opt to waive any additional fees, should our workload permit it.
